I spent last Sunday night ransacking my (new) apartment, searching for a letter that I know I kept somewhere safe. The problem is, I've moved so many times....
It was pen and colored pencil. One image was a wind in NZ blowing letters past a postbox.
I found postcards, other letters, envelopes, even warm fuzzies from summers past.
But not that one letter, which has taken on mythical proportions of importance in my brain. It's come to symbolize all that could have been, has been lost, friendship that can be rekindled, if only I could find it.
So today I sent a letter to Elmira, hoping it'd find it's way to you.
And then, I found you here.
I love your tree.

I'm in Seattle, at

I <3 foil! I totally forgot how much I <3 foil! Why didn't we think of this for the triptych??

But the triptych sounds wonderful, nevertheless...I CAN'T WAIT!! =)
